    Due to anticipated weather and road conditions, Oklahoma City Solid Waste Management has postponed Big Blue trash cart and Big Green recycling cart collections for Tuesday, Feb. 18. The makeup collection day for Tuesday customers will be Saturday, Feb. 22.

    OKC Utilities Line Maintenance crews are working to repair a ruptured 20-inch water main near the intersection of North Pennsylvania Avenue and Northwest 16th Street. All northbound and southbound lanes of Pennsylvania Avenue are temporarily closed from NW 15th Street to NW 16th Street.

  • OKC’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center to temporarily close Feb. 11 for 30 days

    The Household Hazardous Waste Collection Center will temporarily close for maintenance starting Feb. 11, with a projected re-opening date of March 13. The floors will be refinished with a protective coating, which prevents the migration of hazardous chemicals through the Center’s concrete flooring.
