Due to anticipated weather and road conditions, Oklahoma City Solid Waste Management has postponed Big Blue trash cart and Big Green recycling cart collections for Tuesday, Feb. 18. The makeup collection day for Tuesday customers will be Saturday, Feb. 22.
Trash and recycling collections for Thursday and Friday are expected to run as scheduled.
All customers should place their carts at the curb by 6 a.m. on their designated collection day.
Bulky waste collections will be paused on Tuesday and Wednesday but will resume on Thursday and Friday. If needed, crews will continue collections on Saturday to complete all routes.
Customers awaiting trash or recycling cart deliveries or repairs may experience delays, as these services will not resume until Thursday.
