One-tenth of a mile of Lake Hefner Trail between Hobie Point Road and Portland Avenue, near Stars and Stripes Park, is closed for 90 days so contractors can fix a retaining wall. The repair is being made to stop significant erosion caused by adjacent marshland. Cyclists and pedestrians wanting to continue around the lake can detour onto Lake Hefner Drive.
