Oklahoma City Parks & Recreation has announced 2024-2025 winter closure dates for its facilities. Community centers, performing arts centers and gyms will be closed from Monday, Dec. 23, through Friday, Jan. 3. Recreation centers and senior centers will be closed from Dec. 24 through Jan. 1.

The Key to Home Partnership is asking the community for donations to help people experiencing homelessness in Oklahoma City stay safe and warm during the cold winter months. As temperatures begin to drop, warm clothing and additional layers are necessary to combat the bitter cold.
