Certificate of Compliance (Alcohol)

A Certificate of Compliance is required by the ABLE Commission as part of the ABLE application.  The City of Oklahoma City determines your compliance with City codes relating to zoning, fire, safety and health.

How to get a Certificate of Compliance

Step 1

Required Documents

  • Application
  • A copy of the site plan
  • A copy of the floor plan
  • A copy (single-sided) of a signed lease agreement (unless owned by applicant)
  • Notice of Intent or page 17 of the ABLE application
  • Legal Description 

Once all sections are approved, your Certificate of Compliance will be emailed. The Certificate of Compliance letter must be given to ABLE as part of their application process.
