Airport/Heliport License

Any Area of land or water which is used, or intended for use, for the landing and takeoff of aircraft, helicopters, or other steep-gradient aircraft capable of hovering, and any appurtenant areas which are used, or intended for use, for airport building, clear zones, or other airport facilities or right-of-way, together with all attendant airport building and facilities, whether previously or subsequently established.
