Outdoor Sellers

Any person offering or exposing for retail sale, or making retail sales of, any foodstuffs, beverage, goods, products, wares, or merchandise or other personal property of any type, at any fixed outdoor business location. This does not include merchants who regularly offer such items for retail sale within permanent structures located on the same premises.

• Outdoor seller permit – single $50 
• Outdoor seller permit for events: 
• 2—10 outdoor sellers, fee $150 
• 11—25 outdoor sellers, fee $200 
• 26—50 outdoor sellers, fee $250
• More than 50 outdoor sellers, fee $300 amended site plan, administrative review fee $13
