OKC Utilities Line Maintenance crews are repairing a leak on a water service line east of North Harvey Avenue along Robert S Kerr Avenue.

To accommodate the repair, all eastbound and westbound lanes of Robert S Kerr Avenue are temporarily closed from North Harvey Avenue to North Robinson Avenue. The repair is expected to be completed by 8 p.m., with lane closures remaining in place until work is finished.

At this time, water service is not impacted. However, while repairs are underway, there is potential for water service to be temporarily disrupted for those customers in the vicinity.

The leak was caused by construction activity.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternative routes and exercise caution in the area.
