OKC Utilities Line Maintenance crews are working to repair a ruptured 12-inch water main near the intersection of North Pennsylvania Avenue and Northwest 36th Street.
The eastbound and westbound lanes of Northwest 36th Street are temporarily closed from North Pennsylvania Avenue to North Westmont Street while crews work to repair the main.
Lane closures will remain in place until repairs are completed.
While repairs are underway, officials anticipate customers in the vicinity may see a brief disruption in water service.
Officials expect repairs to the water main to be completed by 8 p.m.
The cause of the main break has not been determined.
