Celebrate ‘Feline Navidad’ and ‘Hounds for the Holidays’ with Animal Welfare adoption specials

Post Date:12/12/2017 12:34 PM

Take advantage of reduced adoption fees and help a homeless pet find a family with “Feline Navidad” and “Hounds for the Holidays” with OKC Animal Welfare.

Dogs, puppies and kittens are available for adoption for $30, half the usual price. Cats older than 6 months are free.

The event opened Tuesday and ends at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 23 at OKC Animal Welfare, 2811 SE 29th Street. Adoption hours are noon to 5:30 p.m. daily.

“Our shelter is filled with loving, homeless pets looking for a family,” said Animal Welfare Superintendent Jon Gary. “Make this holiday season special by starting a lifelong relationship with one of the dogs or cats in our care.”

All adoptable pets at Animal Welfare are up-to-date on vaccinations, treated for worms, microchipped and spayed or neutered.
