To Make a Formal Complaint Against a Police Employee

If you have questions or concerns about your interaction with a police employee, you can contact (405) 231-2121 and ask to speak to a supervisor. A supervisor will either call you or meet you in person to address your concerns.

You can file a formal complaint with the Oklahoma City Police Department by filling out a formal complaint form. Forms can be completed online with the OKCPD Employee Compliment or Complaint Form, picked up at any police station or downloaded at the following link:

Once your form is complete, it can be dropped off at any police station, or a supervisor can be called to retrieve the form. You can also mail the completed form to:
