The Paseo Arts Festival is a three-day festival open to the public.  The festival will be open 5.24, 5.25, 5.26, daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.  There will be 90 artists, 20 food and drink vendors and 50 groups of entertainers on two stages.
